Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Each item is made after you place your order. All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color or design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. Please do not return items without contacting us first. If a return is required for a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
Digital Music Downloads
Digital music purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once download access has been provided. We do not issue refunds for change of mind after digital delivery.
If your download is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact us so we can restore access or provide a working file. If we cannot deliver the purchased content, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Purchasing a download gives you a copy for personal, noncommercial listening. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to resell, redistribute, or commercially use the music.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when your refund has been processed. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a cancellation, return, replacement, or refund, those requirements apply.
